We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

We have a cancellation policy of 48h. And that counts from the check-in time (3pm) of the day of your arrival, failing to cancel within that timeframe, will imply a cancellation penalty equal to the total amount of your stay. Booking deposits are non-refundable

Yes, Suitestay Apartments Hotel is pleased to welcome small to medium-sized dogs and cats. A maximum of two pets per room is allowed. Please note that an additional charge per pet applies.

Suitestay Apartments Hotel does not offer breakfast services. However, there are numerous dining options available nearby, allowing you to explore and enjoy the culinary delights of downtown Ottawa.

Public parking is available, and only a 5min walk from the apartment at the Days Inn Hotel located at 319 Rideau. They charge $10-12 a day with unlimited entry. Free parking is also available, where allowable, between 5:30pm and 7am, and free all day on Sundays.
